Tired Lazy Me –keeping it at 976 calories


There are days when you just don’t feel up to a foodie experience. Maybe, you overdid it the day before or you plan to indulge tomorrow. Or like this day, I am tired, up late trying to coerce a change to a 12 year old CSSv.1 web site. Normally, Very Vanilla Silk Soy milk is for my husband, he has a milk allergy and loves it, but today it just called out to me.

Breakfast 195cal:
A large glass of Silk Very Vanilla with two heaping spoons of espresso powder.

Lunch 240cal:
The entire bag of Fresh Express Pear Gorgonzola Salad
Lemon water

Dinner:
Half Bag Fresh and Easy Cesar Salad
4 ounces London Broil sliced very thin

Snack:
Full of Fruit Organic Frozen Coconut Bar
