Shrimp Wrapped in Proscutto
- chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- whole basil
Using a strainer dip shrimp into boiling water until color changes, do not over-cook. Arrange 3 medium shrimp on a slice of proscutto and add a small dollop of the sun-dried tomatoes. Top with a whole piece of basil and wrap into a roll.
Mixed Leaf Artisan Lettuce Salad
- Mixed leaf lettuces
- Cherry Tomatoes halved
- Thin sliced radishes
- A Rasberry Vinegarette
The key is quality, perfectly fresh, crisp lettuce, big crisp brightly colored radishes and ripe tomatoes. Arrange artfully on plate.
