Hmmm, shell pasta, shrimp and garlic!
Shell Pasta & Shrimp
- 3 Shrimp Shell-on 2 oz. (60 cal.)
- 52 grams dry Shell pasta (82 cal.)
- 1 tsp sun dried tomatoes drained (30 cal.)
- 1 t chopped garlic (9 cal.)
- 1/2 t pesto (60 cal.)
- 1 cup Lettuce (8 cal.)
Wash lettuce, dry and place into bowl. In a separate bowl mix pesto, sun dried tomatoes and garlic. Cook 52 grams of little shell pasta, add shrimp in final 3 minutes; shell shrimp, drain pasta and add shrimp and pasta to herb bowl and mix well. Pour on top of lettuce!
