Bastille Day was rainy and tropical, a good day for pesto making!

I used this Kale Pesto Recipe and simply used different herbs for 5Basil and Lemon Balm! One other change: I used pine nuts instead of walnuts!
The lemon balm tastes like it would be wonderful with fish! I can’t wait to try it!
A little high quality condiment can make up for a whole lotta missing calories!
