A simple hearty wrap with pistachios and guacamole! 350 cal.


Last night, we made up a mix of chopped cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and herbs. It was the perfect accompaniment to balance a simple meal of chinese pot-stickers.

Today, I put a few spoonfuls in a wrap with avocado and pistachios -sooo good!

  • One whole wheat tortilla wrap 120 cal.
  • One 100 calorie package of guacamole 100 cal.
  • A homemade salad of tomato, cucumber and red pepper 50 cal.
  • One half ounce of pistachios 80 cal.
