Last night, we made up a mix of chopped cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and herbs. It was the perfect accompaniment to balance a simple meal of chinese pot-stickers.
Today, I put a few spoonfuls in a wrap with avocado and pistachios -sooo good!

- A homemade salad of tomato, cucumber and red pepper 50 cal.
- One half ounce of pistachios 80 cal.
